Welcome to Uverse-Universe

Most telecommunications providers think they make a product; we buy it, and the company gains revenues or in other words they gets rich. Well, their right, sort of… But of course, with one small little twist…Okay Big Twist!

They don’t own the product! We, the customers own the product because we live with it day in and day out and are the deciding factor if the product is a dud or a stud (success). So without us, the company really is left with nothing but a dream and empty pockets.

Most people know Fiber Optics is the wave of the future in the voice, data, and video and we are here to see if ATT U-Verse will cut the bill for our entertainment needs with their IPTV and Data Solutions. First, I have to say; so far my experience is quite impressive.

To give you a little history I come from a broadband background that relates with Fiber and other communication technologies, so I’m very fluent with the architect and concepts of FTTN (Fiber to the Node) and FTTP (Fiber to the Premise), as well as other communication structures.

To get this site jumpin, I felt it would be best to start with my own personal review of AT&T U-verse. And to all of you that want to see screenshots, don’t worry, I will provide plenty of imagery! I plan to cover every aspect of my current experience from the Website, Ordering, Installation, Features and Service , Tech Support, Billing and Value. At the beginning of each section of my review I will give a star rating, 1 star being horrible and 5 stars being the best thing since slice bread. Also, I will include my own Personal Touch, a article on how I think the service could be better and talk about features I would like to see in the future, this will be at the end of the review.

Remember, there is an active discussion board on this website and I’m working on a great U-verse tutorial section, so please browse around. Also, I’m looking for contributors to the effort, if you look around I have made it very clear where I could use a friendly hand.
