(3 out 5 stars) The value took a hit because of the lack of features with the service.

I guess you have to say the service is a value. For one, it seems as if you don’t save money but you bet more for you money. More speed, channels, and hopefully some more features. Also, there is no contract, so this is a big plus. Most companies lock you in for at least 1 year if not 2. And if you are like me I can’t stand signing contracts because you feel to obligated. However, TV, Cell Phones, and all these features are becoming a must have in todays world. Another thing is your getting Fiber and it’s proven that Fiber is the fastest why to send data, however many AT&T customers are stuck with FTTN, but I’m thinking if it came down to it they can always run that extra mile of fiber later down the road.
